Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must meet the following criteria:

Evidence Required (Mandatory): Returns are only possible with proper evidence, including an un-edited video recording of the package opening. This video must clearly show the original shipping label and demonstrate that the item(s) were damaged, or defective immediately upon first opening.

Condition: Your item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition, including all original tags and packaging.

Proof of Purchase: You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Exclusions: Change of mind is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, consistent with general e-commerce practice for artificial jewelry in Pakistan.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at dannymygroup@gmail.com within 1 days of receiving your item. Items returned without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
DANNY will handle the return delivery charge only if the item is confirmed to be damaged, or defective verified via the mandatory package opening video evidence. For all other scenarios, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Personal care products (e.g., beauty or hygiene items)
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Items sold on sale or promotional discounts
- Gift cards

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please request a return (if eligible), and once accepted, place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- If you paid Cash on Delivery (COD), we will issue a refund via bank transfer or mobile wallet. You must provide valid bank/account details.
- Processing times may vary by bank/payment provider.
