How do I place an order?
Add desired products to your cart, then go to checkout. Provide your shipping and billing details, select a payment method and complete the order. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number. Start Shopping
How do I cancel or change my order?
You may request changes or cancellation by contacting us within 24 hours of placing your order (before it ships). Email dannymygroup@gmail.com, WhatsApp or call +923346166303 right away. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be changed; you would then follow our return process.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for Pakistan orders. Rs.100 discount is available on Prepaid payments (online transfer).
What is a “prepaid” order and is there a discount?
“Prepaid” means you pay in advance (Online Transfer). DANNY offers a flat Rs.100 discount on all prepaid ordersas noted on our homepage.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter your code in the “Discount code” field at checkout and click Apply. The discount will reflect in your order total before payment. (See Terms of Service for any conditions on promotions.)
What are the shipping charges and conditions?
We currently offer free shipping on orders over Rs.4500 (limited-time offer). Below that, standard courier rates apply. Please note any Free Shipping promotion details on our banners.
How long does delivery take?
Domestic orders are processed in 2–3 business days. For major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi) delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, and 5–7 days for other areas. We’ll keep you updated on any delays.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently DANNY ships only within Pakistan. If you need an international order, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements.
What is the return policy?
We have a 7-day return policy from delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags. Damage or defect must be documented with an unedited package-opening video. Contact us at dannymygroup@gmail.com to start a return.
Which items cannot be returned?
Items not eligible for return include personal-care items (beauty/hygiene), customized/made-to-order products, sale or promotional items, and gift cards. If unsure, contact us before ordering.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order. See our refund policy for details.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Please report any wrong, missing or damaged items immediately as mentioned in our return policy. Provide clear photos or video and your order number to dannymygroup@gmail.com or call +923346166303. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
